Official Guild When your character reaches level 10, you may then choose join a guild whereby your character can learn more special skills related to that guild. Bear in mind that you cannot change to another guild after you have selected the guild. Remember both the advantages and limitations of each guild and class before choosing. When selecting a guild, it is best to consider what kind of strategies you would most likely use or your fighting style, as well as the basic attributes. For example, character with a high strength value and high agility with low intelligence would almost certainly be better suited to become a fighter and not a wizard or magician. Similarly, a character with high intelligence but low strength and agility would be suited for a diviner-type class.
Soldier's Guild Occupation Characteristic description Blademan A fighter adept in blade skills which can deal damage to a whole row of targets. Swordsman A fighter adept in sword skills which can deal enhanced damage. Axeman A fighter adept in axe skills which can damage a target's armor.
Journeyman's Guild Occupation Characteristic description Martial Artist A fighting class that abandons weapons and bulky armors but prefers to fight with bare hands. Martial Artists are capable of attacking rapidly and have many damage enhancing skills. Beastmaster Beastmasters are not good at fighting, but their animal communication skills enable them to make the most out of pets. Trader Traders may not be good fighters, but they are good at making money. They are also capable of looting lots of money from a defeated enemy.
Diviner's Guild Occupation Characteristic description Priest Priests are those who serve the divine powers. A priest may serve more than one, non-conflicting deity. Priests may cast priest spells of the 5 elements. Mage Mages are those who manipulate the 5 elements. They may cast elemental spells. Acolyte of Light Acolytes of Light follow the way of the Light. The World Of Fairyland The world of FairyLand is located on the continent of Mysteria where elves, dwarves and humans each have a kingdom of their own. The Kingdom of Faerore in the North belongs to the elves. It is covered mostly with lush forests and lakes. It's capital is Bluebird. The Kingdom of Lucca in the center of the continent belongs to the humans. It's capital, Rainbow City is situated among rich plains. The Kingdom of Graf belongs to the dwarves. It is located among the hills and mines. It's capital is Goldburg.
Once Upon a Time....
There lived wonderful creatures in a fantastic world. In the land of fairy tales, imagination is reality. If fact, our imagination is the life force that the fantastic creatures feed upon. Snow White would no longer exist if no one has ever heard of her or believed in her existence. Our imagination kept them going, shaped the world they live in and made sure their stories never end.
With the popularity of comics and video games, kids no longer turned to fairy tales. Aren't they just some corny old stories passed down from generation to generation? This loss in faith towards fairy tales has finally breached the very foundation of this land of fantasy and it is breaking up piece by piece because of it. First went the lesser known tales then later on even the more well known were no longer safe. All the surviving denizens lived in fear that the day would come when the entire realm would disappear for good.
This situation called of immediate action. Snow White, Cinderella, the little matchstick girl, the federation of witches, the guild of step-mothers and all the other surviving characters gathered for an emergency meeting. The meeting lasted for days and finally they came up with the final solution, to seek an answer from the Wise One, a great sage of immense knowledge.
The answer given by the Wise One was simple: "Let all who doubt our existence come and see us for themselves." With these words, the gates to the Land of Fairy Tales was opened and everyone was welcome to visit for as long as they desired. From then on, anyone can live the wonderful tales passed down through the ages and be part of them. Anything and everything is limited only by our imagination, in the world of FairyLand.

Character Creation
First enter the name for the character. Please bear in mind that you will not be able to change these settings after the character has been created. The name can only use standard Chinese and English characters and numerals. Do not use any special characters or punctuation marks. If your character name does not conform to the rules, the system will remind you so. Also, when naming your character, do not use any phrase or name which may be conflict with any existing copyright (for example GM, Lei Juehuo and other specific companies and so on). The system administrator is authorized to delete these characters. The role of each race or system environment may change as the game progresses to allow for more versatile gameplay. Choosing a Race and Gender
There are 3 races available: Humans, Elves and Dwarves. The race you choose will determine it's nationality, place of birth, initial attributes and character development. Gender or sex may also affect the initial attribute slightly.
Humans: The most versatile race, with no apparent strengths or weaknesses. When a human character gains a level, all his attributes level up evenly. As a result, human characters are suitable for all classes. Elves: Elves are an ancient and magical race. They start out with better intelligence and are better suited for diviner-type classes, for example, mages or priests. Elven characters tend to gain more intelligence and less strength as they level up. Together with the fact that they start out with less strength, this means elves make poor fighters. Dwarves: Dwarves are an earthly and secluded race. They are natural fighters, being born with better strength. However, they are poor diviners. When they level up, dwarves gain more strength and luck but less intelligence and dexterity. Physical Attributes: Attributes such as hair colour, skin colour and clothing do not affect the abilities or development of the character as long as the user is satisfied. However, do bear in mind that you cannot change these later on.
Abilities and Attributes
Strength (STR): Determines how much weight one can carry and how much damage one can deal if a hit is made. Dexterity (DEX): Determines how frequently one can attack and how often can one's attack hit its mark. Intelligence (INT): Determines the effect of spells, the speed of MP regeneration and the increment of MP with each level up. Charm (CHA): Determines the intimacy level of pets and the chances of success in capturing beasts. Constitution (CON): Determines how much HP a character gains as he or she levels up. Luck (LUK): Determines how well one can evade attacks and the value of treasures found in chests and victorious battles.

Basic Movement and Interaction
Character Movement: Move your character around by left-clicking on a destination. Continuous Movement: Left-click and hold for a second and your character will move towards the direction of the cursor without stopping. Click again to cancel continuous movement. Character Interaction: Right-click on any game character to engage in a dialogue or trade with that character, wherever or whenever applicable. Items
Walk next to an item and right click on it to pick it up. To drop an item, access your inventory, click on the item you want to drop and then click on the spot where you it to be dropped. If you need to split up a stack of items, hold the SHIFT key while you move and drop items in your inventory.
Combat
You may encounter hostile beasts when traveling. The further you are from cities or villages, the tougher the beast. Newbies should refrain from venturing too far. Falling in combat will result in a slight loss in reputation, money and experience. Newbies below level 10 will lose nothing for falling in a combat, though.
Combats are conducted in turns during which both sides have to select commands before action begins. You must issue the command within the time given for each turn, indicated by the running bar in the upper left corner or you will defend by default. On the right side is a list of combat commands. For example, attack, cast spell or item. A command will not be executed until the next action phase. If you are taking a pet into a combat you have to issue commands for it too. The action phase begins when everyone has given their commands. If you have chosen the "attack" command and when the time comes for you to attack, just click on the target you are attacking. If someone falls while fighting in a party, he will be teleported to a healer as the rest of the party goes on. However, if the party leader falls, the party will be disbanded.
SpellCasting
If you want to cast spells you have to join the Diviner Guild. The 3 classes branching from it are the only classes that can cast spells. You can learn spells in the temples of the various gods. You can cast spells in a combat by clicking on the third icon in the upper right corner, then select a spell and a target.
Make good use of the hotkeys in a combat. They are at the lower right corner of your screen. Put your favourite spells, skills or items here for quick access. You can cast more spells as you gain more skill.

[ Character ] Your character will always be displayed in the center of the screen. Press F3 to toggle the naming conventions. If you have activated your pet, it will also be seen here. [ Switches ] Located at the upper left corner, this is where you toggle the party/team options, trading and PK (Player Killing) options. A clear icon means that the function is enabled and the transaction can occur. An icon which is crossed out means it is disabled. [ Date & Time ] The game time and weather are displayed at the center top of the screen. [ Interaction ] Located at the upper right hand side, this is where your character can form parties or teams, initiate trades, conduct PKs and express emotions. [ Character Status ] The 3 bars at the lower right corner represent your character's hit points or health (HP), magic points (MP) and food level.

Channels and Communication
There are four channels of communication, "chat", "talk", "party" and "clan". Everyone on the same screen can hear your "chat" whereas only the designated character can hear you "talk". To initiate a talk, click the "talk" icon then type in that character's name; alternately, right-click that character on the screen. Use "party" or "clan" channels if you want only members of your party or clan to hear you.
There four channels can be accessed using shortcuts. Hold down the [ CTRL ] key and press 1 - 4 to access the different communication channels.

Fairy Tale Compendium
Just below the Message icon (Pigeon) is the Fairy Tale Compendium icon. Many inhabitants in FairyLand all have their own puzzles in the fairy tale world, each hoping that you can help to solve them. You, being the kind-hearted and trustworthy person, has promised to help them no matter the reward. Perhaps we will need to fully understand their situation before we can help them. That is why the Wise One has granted you the use of "The Fairy Tale Compendium".
The quests guild helps you to automatically record all the quests and goals that you have accepted. In order words, when an inhabitant requests for your assistance or gives you a quest, it will appear here so you need to worry about forgetting about a quest. A quest which has not been completed have a red icon next to it. For convenience, the quests that are not completed appear in front or are arranged first in the Compendium to speed up reference.
Completed quests will have a green icon next to it. When you highlight the quest on the left side, you will see a summary of your achievement on the right hand side.
Besides quest information, the Fairy Tale Compendium contains information and background story for all the pets in FairyLand. Not all information is available straight away in the Compendium. When you have won a battle against a pet, you will have the opportunity to collect a pet card. This card contains information about the pet. Each pet card collected will add the pet's information into the Fairy Take Compendium. There are many wondrous and rare pets in FairyLand. Make sure you find them all.
